Studio Taylrd was engaged by the development and sales team to strategically re-brand and re-launch the project to market, with a focus on creating a more refined campaign identity and reconnecting the project with a wider audience.

The project required a refreshed campaign direction that repositioned Celesse within the market while creating stronger engagement across digital, print and media touchpoints.

The brief centred around refining the overall visual presentation of the development, improving campaign cohesion and implementing a more strategic and targeted marketing rollout to support the next stage of sales activity.

A key focus of the campaign was the development of a dedicated first home buyer strategy - creating clearer communication around available incentives and improving the accessibility of information for younger buyers entering the market.
